    Risk Considerations:
    No investment is “risk free”.  Probably one of your questions is how can you trust us?  The good news is that you don’t have to take a "leap of faith" in this program, everything is visible.  You get to learn about the property you’ll be investing in. You are given all the facts about the property’s value, comparable properties in the area, the proposed use of the property etc.  Only when you have all the facts do you decide on investing.  Compare that to buying a mutual fund, where you have only a vague idea about what funds the investment manager has put your money into.

    Financing Options:
    To participate in our program, we are looking for experienced investors with an initial investment of at least $40,000.  Below are a few ways to obtain the necessary funding:

      • Withdraw the funds from a savings account
      • Participate/create an investment group where you allocate a portion of the investment portfolio into our program
      • Equity-sharing agreements where you partner up with another one of our clients looking to share in the risk
      • Invest through a “self-directed” IRA
        • The government encourages retirement investing by allowing, among other things, the Individual Retirement Account (IRA).  A self-directed IRA will allow you to invest in the following real estate vehicles:
        • Raw land
        • Single-family homes
        • Apartments
        • Mobile homes
        • Commercial property
        • Real estate notes
        • Mortgages
        • Tax liens
